One of the biggest gifts we have is our selfhealing capacity. Through Medical Qigong we can consciously activate this unique ability. In these webinars Teacher Ning will explain the twelve sections of the Jian He Gong in detail and he will practice the method with the group. It's a great gong to regulate the Qiflow in the whole body through releasing Qi, massaging acupuncture points, increase the awareness of your original Qi and activate the Qiflow in the meridian channels.

Medical Qigong Therapy is recognized as one of the most advanced systems of holistic health and wellbeing. For many years the treatments of Medical Qigong were hidden secrets in China. In recent years more and more people have discovered the amazing effects of this unique therapy. The Jian He Gong is a new method based on ancient Medical Qigong practices. This gong combines acupressure, Guasha* and body movements with the goal of activating the Qiflow in the entire body.

Teacher Ning has been practicing Zhineng Qigong and Medical Qigong for over thirty years. He was a teacher and a healer at the Huaxia Zhineng Qigong Center from 1992 to 1998 where he treated thousands of patients (‘students’). He graduated from the two-year Zhineng Qi- gong teacher training college in 1998. In the past years, he has discovered fundamental rules for healing and practice that are simple, yet extremely beneficial. Last year he introduced the year-long ‘Zhengti Therapy’ training in co-operation with the Zhigong Institute where students learned how to treat themselves and others with powerful, ancient healing techniques.
