"Zhengti Experience – Forest Wellness Hotel Hainan (China)"
Zhengti Therapy, also known as Medical Qigong, is considered one of the most refined and complete forms of energetic therapy. For a long time, this method was only accessible to a small group in China, but its remarkable effects are now being rediscovered. Zhengti Therapy aligns seamlessly with Zhineng Qigong. Both work with Hunyuan Qi and adopt an integral vision of health, in which body, mind, emotions, and environment form a single, interconnected whole.
Zhengti means: the human being as part of the universe. The Qi of the body and the Qi of the cosmos are in constant interaction.
This Zhengti Therapy journey is a unique opportunity to study at the place where this knowledge originated, to slow down, deepen your practice, and strengthen your connection with Qi, yourself, and the universe.
During this training, you will learn how Qi naturally flows through the body and how blockages arise and can be transformed. We work with the Qi field and intention, strengthen vitality and energy levels, and activate the self-healing capacity. Core principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine are applied, including the Five Elements, organ systems, meridians, and healthy Qi flow. You will develop practical skills in gathering and regulating Qi and clearing blockages, using techniques such as meridian work, tapping, Gua Sha, mudras, chanting, movement, and meditation.
The development of Zhengti Therapy can be visualized as a tree. The roots represent Inner Nature, the foundation of all Qigong practice. The deeper the roots, the stronger and more stable the whole. The trunk represents Qigong exercises and Qi flow: strengthening the lower Dantian and the legs, and opening the Qi flow between the organs, through exercises such as Tiger Foot Walk, Gua Sha, mudras, chanting, movement, and meditation. The branches represent healing and diagnosis, including individual and group healings, distance healing, and Feng Shui. Awareness forms the life force that nourishes the entire tree.
Teacher Ning developed his profound expertise during his years at the Huaxia Center of Dr. Pang Ming. Between 1992 and 1998, he completed the two-year teacher training there and worked in the healing department, treating many people with Qigong. After the closure of the Huaxia Center, he continued to deepen his knowledge of self-healing therapies, various Qigong forms, and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Zhengti Therapy is the result of over thirty years of practical experience, research, and the integration of the most essential principles from Chinese Medicine and Qigong practice.
Upon arrival at Sanya Airport, you will be picked up and transferred to Wuzhishan, where your accommodations are located. The program begins with several days of Zhengti Therapy training, allowing you to immerse yourself in practice, deepen your understanding, and integrate the techniques into your own energy system. Interspersed throughout the trip are sightseeing days, offering opportunities to relax, explore the natural beauty of Hainan, and experience the local culture.
The Zhengti Therapy sessions continue intensively, with guided exercises, self-reflection, and time to connect with your Qi, yourself, and the universe. Each sightseeing excursion provides space for exploration, reflection, and cultural immersion, while the dedicated practice days give you time to consolidate your learning, restore balance, and strengthen your self-healing abilities.
The journey concludes with a final day to enjoy the surroundings before your transfer back to Sanya Airport for departure.
